You can pursue of the of the three plans of action:
- Nonadversarial (simplified or “non-ad”) divorce
- If you qualify, you can get a dissolution relatively swiftly and with little interaction with the court system.
- Divorce with an Agreement (or “waive 90”)
- If you qualify, you can get a dissolution without having to wait for the 90 day statutory cooling off period to pass.
- Divorce without an Agreement
- Without an agreement, no matter what the issue may be, you are entitled to your day in court to express what position you wish to take in regard to every aspect of your dissolution process.
